22 So then the tongues are for a sign[a]— not for the ones believing, but for the unbelievers. But the prophecy is not for the unbelievers, but for the ones believing.
So In Church, Tongues Not Understood Breed Confusion. Prophecy Edifies
23 Therefore, if the whole church comes-together at the same place, and they all speak in tongues[b], and uninstructed ones or unbelievers come-in, will they not say that you are mad[c]? 24 But if they all prophesy[d], and some unbeliever or an uninstructed one comes in, he is convicted[e] by all. He is examined by all.
